Triple indented listings are new features of a SERP (Google Search Result Page) searching Google.
The First result is flushed to the left followed by two indented listings to the right. For example if you search “fadisemaan.com” you will notice that a 3 listings will show up in in the search engine result page.

What does Triple indented listing means to your website?

Triple indented listing means that you have 3 listings on Google SERP related to your domain, which means that you will be occupying most of the space above the fold. This will translates into:

  • achieving market dominance easily over your competition.
  • increasing drastically the number of clicks on your listing over competition

The most interesting aspects of this phenomenon is that Google does not count the two indented listings as results on the page i.e. on the SERP there will be a total of 12 results listed not 10.

What is Double indented listing?

Double indented listing has been around for few years, Google and Yahoo do indent listings but not Bing. Double indented listing happens when you have two indexed pages of your website that are optimized for the same keyword.

How is Triple indented listing is different from Double indented listing?

Google treats Double indented listing as a result so on a SERP you will have a total of 10 listings among which you have two, while in the case of triple indented listings you will have a total of 12 results on the search result page among which 3 are yours.

Both Double indented listing and Triple indented listing arel good news for your website, since you will be occupying more real estate on a SERP and you will be getting more attention and clicks from the prospects.
